Ghungat endeavors to ensure that every transaction at our website is seamless. We take great care in delivering our products and adhere to the highest quality standards.
As a policy, we do not offer returns or exchanges on products which are once delivered in perfect condition as per the order placed.

GENERAL
To report a damage in transit, or any discrepancy in ordered goods please get in touch with our Customer Care within 24 hours of delivery:
• by telephone at +91 1149072153 between 9.00AM to 5.00 PM IST
• by email at customercare@ghungat.com with your order number, date of transaction, delivery address and image of the wrongfully delivered or defective item.
Our customer care team will investigate the issue and revert back within 48 working hours.

EXCHANGE & REFUND POLICY
• Good once sold will not be refunded or exchanged
• Custom orders are made to sizes and non-exchangeable and non-refundable
• Goods once exported outside India cannot be brought back and all sales are final
• We have no Exchange and Return policy
